Deliveries and returns

OUR COMMITMENTS

  1. PROCESSING TIMES FOR SHIPMENTS
    All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the order date. Orders placed in the afternoon are processed as if they were received the next business day. Please note that during peak times, processing times may be longer. 
  2.  SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
    Once shipped, packages will take 3 to 9 business days depending on the carrier's delivery times.
  3. COSTS
     Shipping costs for your order under $120 are at a flat rate of $12. For all orders of $120 and more before tax, shipping will be free. 
  4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

      We do not ship internationally.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

6. DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at cotoncorail@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product. We will then send you a replacement product for the item in question or an equivalent product.

7. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
Coton Corail is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

8. DELIVERY ERRORS
Coton Corail is not responsible for delivery errors. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the delivery information before finalizing their order. 9.REFUND

All shipping fees, including those for returns, are non-refundable. The products used are not eligible for returns.
